Mo Sit Outs 01/30/19


Sit outs (SIT KAREN SIT 01/16/19) were so well received we needed another dose. Today we pair them with the effective dumbbell ground to overhead (GTO). File this under conditioning workouts for the road.


VARSITY

FT: 100 DB GTO (45% of Bodyweight)

Perform 20 Sit Outs (Right/Left = 1 rep) on all stops.


JV

FT: 100 DB GTO (35% of Bodyweight)

Perform 20 Sit Outs (Right/Left = 1 rep) on all stops.


MASTERS

FT: 100 DB GTO (30% of Bodyweight)

Perform 20 Sit Outs (Right/Left = 1 rep) on all stops.
