Salmon Salad It's Not Just For Dinner Anymore

One of my favorite diet hacks is to prepare twice the food (two meals) for the evening feeding and consume the extra the next morning for breakfast. In doing so, I start off the day with a solid serving of protein and typically a mess-o-greens. This cook once eat twice method is a big time saver and generally ensures a quality nutritional start to the day void of the standard breakfast fare.
