I initially shared my version of THE BEAR COMPLEX with dumbbells in 2007. THE DUMBBELL BEAR is time tested and a go to travel workout for many athletes.


Here is a twist on THE DUMBBELL BEAR worthy of your consideration. Instead of performing an Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM) of the three move in 20 minutes, perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
