ROWING CHELSEA


30 Minutes:

ODD MINUTE: Row 200M EVEN MINUTE: 5 Pull ups | 10 Push ups | 15 Air Squats


That is 15 rounds of rowing and 15 rounds of 5|10|15

Make note of the number of rounds completed on schedule and continue working until time has expired.


If you complete all 30 minutes on schedule, your next attempt in a month will add 20 meters to the row and 1 rep to the 5|10|15. Your new workout will then be:


30 Minutes:

ODD MINUTE: Row 220M

EVEN MINUTE: 6 Pull ups | 10 Push Ups | 16 Air Squats
